Had two sports massages with Phoebe in the last week after doing a lot of running and my calf is ready to start again - aches and pains have magically disappeared! A great, friendly session - very much recommended.

Vicky and all of the team were very welcoming and informative. My treatment plan and costs were set out in the consultation and my shoulder was put right within the timescale that was set. The information and exercise plans provided in the sessions were always well explained and Jordan always responded to my emails if I had any questions even after my treatment was finished. Would highly recommend for any physio needs. Kevan and Jordan were both brilliant! :)

I suffer with shoulder/neck pain and had 6 treatment sessions with Phoebe. Initially I had been in a lot of pain and was sceptical that anything could be done to improve the situation. She was fantastic and her friendly manner made me feel very relaxed. Due to the specific exercises and physical treatment, my pain was eased and I was able to continue playing golf and do gym classes. Highly recommended.

Had a very positive experience when visiting Hartlepool physio rooms. I think I saw every physiotherapist for massage to my right shoulder region but mainly Phoebe. Have had some custom made orthotics so thanks to Jade for the recommendation and to Johnny also.

Phoebe is great. Friendly, helpful and after only 4 sessions I can certainly feel the benefit in my neck and shoulders. Would certainly recommend!

Visited today for the first time for an assessment.Communications are fab, and they ensure you never would forget an appointment!Parking is an issue I was advised to park in the local Morrisons because all the surrounding streets are permit holders only parking.Haven't started treatment yet, but will update once treatment has occurred.
