Waited a month for an appointment. Never showed for it & no call to say otherwise. Then said they would re-book. Never called back. Then said they couldn't do the job when they reviewed the photographs I had originally sent wasting a month of our time...

We have had Dan, Dean and the team round to replace our shop window and they were quick, efficient and left the office spotless. A first class service and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks to all.

They do provide a good service in their glass cutting. But they let themselves down by not replying to emails. They don't advertise their opening times and often the shop is not open when it should be.
