Not much to offer and very uninviting. Basic products and the shop is just depressing. A little effort and maybe some traditional baking might be able to save this place otherwise I don't see it last8ng to long.

Well..this place is fab!. Staying at Broadstairs but came to Ramsgate. We all needed food, and crusties came to the rescue with 13 assorted rolls..all hand made by the lovely lady serving.Well done guys would recommend.

Great food, but abysmal service. The older lady I dealt with looked at me like I had murdered her cat for simply placing my order. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but I won't be back

The bread and rolls are absolutely beautiful get your anchor butter out Yum Yum, the cakes are fantastic ,order your birthday cake , steak pies , cornish pasties , chicken pies , etc etc , take away rolls , sandwiches of your choice , pre order your bread etc etc so never miss out on your favourites , Sam , Dawn , and the rest of staff always so pleasant , specially Sam the manager the greatest smile going one member of staff you don't want to loose , so efficient , good quality service !

Very similar to other customers, the old lady who serves is incredibly rude. The sandwich I ordered was pretty average as well
