Our assistant, who we later discovered was Dawn, was charming, helpful, knowledgeable and a good listener! I've never really understood or much liked perfumes but she worked out exactly what I would like and was correct, especially about green/vegan issues (which I never mentioned!)She was not at all pushy, which I despise, but was polite and chirpy. In the end I bought a nice, ecologically-sound perfume at a good price which I very much liked and will wear. I also bought some ordinary Beyonce perfume for my little sister, so she did well. We were very impressed with the service and the advice given and will definitely return to the Perfume Shop.Thanks Dawn. You made all the difference in a minefield of perfumes which I'd have given up trying out. Very serious Covid 19 measures taken too.Maggie x
