When parking for a day the robot on the phone was useless and didn't ask for the required amount of days. Instead it just wanted £30 (rather than the 6.65 specified on the signs).Payment by app required several tries.Total time from parking to payment: almost 20 min!

Don't walk away from your car for a second. They will fine you even when looking at the machine and figuring out how to pay. Absolute jobsworth of a ticket inspector.Avoid at all costs.

Very easy stress free visit. The parking bays are not very clearly marked but you can still see where your parking. Again, the surface could be smoother but it's not as bad as some are making out. Paying was really simple. The Ringo app was simple and easy to use. I paid before I left the car in less than 5 minutes.Very close to the train station too.I would definitely use it again and recommend it highly.

Amazing car park that has a pay by phone service only. We have not yet experienced this in working format. Perfect! But don't worry, they are handing out fines like no other. Payment service of said fine works amazing! Done in 2 minutes! 60 pounds for the whole day, a steal I say!

Just as several other people here I accidentaly paid parking fee to the wrong company over RingGo because they have two different location numbers listed on the same lot. Currently being sued by their legal representation since I refused to pay anything unless they at least notify the owner, which they are adamant they won't do. Park here if you like being scammed.

Be very very careful at the Station road car park park. Operated by PPS ltd who are notorious for fining. Also if you pay using Ringgo in Station Road car park it's not valid for the Julian's car park although both use RingGo app and it is not obvious they are operated by separate companies. Be very very careful otherwise you'll be fined

Got fined as none of there machines where working.... Couldn't call as I had cash only.. Appealed to be told they had the option to phone... Won't be paying fine over parking on a Sunday which cost £3 for day I contacted them on the same day as i got fine too.

Just had my prius catalytic converter stolen yesterday while the car was parked between 9.30am and 6.50pm. Keep meaning to use a different car park because there is no lighting and i feel uncomfortable walking back to my car on dark evenings plus you risk to get your feet wet with all the potholes in the dark. Will definatly make the change now.
