KAIJA WELLNESS AND BEAUTY THERAPY
Had my first massage with Kai today following a recommendation from a friend. I have had back pain and neck stiffness for a while now. I tried chiropractors and osteopaths in the past. She put me at ease and gave me the best massage of my life. I could feel the knots in my neck clicking. She offers massages based on your needs. I will definitely be going back for a package. Highly recommend this place.

Had a massage with Kai today and it was honestly the best massage I have had in years. I’ve been to top london hotels costing me 250 pounds with no change but Kai really helped with my knots which were causing chronic pain. She is personable and passionate which is rare!

Simply Amazing!Kai is inspired by the art of healing, and she really cares about her customers.I usually enter her shop a little broken, and end up feeling 10 times better by the end.Not just physically, but mentally as well.My old work-place even hired her to come take care of us every fortnight (Sales people get super stressed).I've been back many times, and will continue to do so.I cannot recommend this place enough.

I am very pleased to have had Kaija recommended to me!I have now had my second remedial massage (a third is booked!), targeting tibial posterior tendonitis, cramping calve and thigh muscles and lower back muscle spasms.Kaija is very knowledgeable and this shows: her ability to locate points of tendon and muscle disfunction, and then begin the remedial intervention is very skilled. I am very impressed and I am seeing improvement in my symptoms.

I have had massages and facials with Kai many times. The salon is exceptionally clean and she has wonderful healing knowledge. She has helped me totally eradicate years of sciatica pain and Achilles pain. Her facials are also relaxing and rejuvenating. I love my treat time at the salon.

What can I say. I've had massages all over the world and have never had someone with as much anatomy knowledge as kai. Her ability to feel her way through the muscles without needing guidance to where the pain/inflammation is is incredible. HIGHLY recommend and money well spent. Always available at convenient times and incredibly attentive.

I had the most amazing massage today at Kaija Wellness! Kai got rid of all my knots and I feel so much better for it. All of the staff were lovely and they create such a relaxing environment. Highly recommend, I’ve already booked back in!
