I was amazed at how quickly the gift package arrived! I haven't opened it yet because it's a birthday present. Thank you for the quick delivery.

Buyer beware. Extremely poor customer service if you need to contact them. Extremely rude. Bought a product based on size guide on their website. Product clearly too small. One line of defence was I should have checked the manufacturer website size guide. Return policy is harsher than competitor retailers. Highly recommend to shop around, if a similar price elsewhere worth comparing returns policies before deciding. In particular anyone buying Liewood, their returns policy far more friendly than at small smart. The type of lovely support you can expect “ No problem, you are entitled and free what you wish to do, we do also have the right and the back up to provide it to whom it may concern if we need to”.

I got my order from Small Smart much quicker than expected, and it came in excellent condition. They have a good selection of different kinds of baby playmats. I love the 5-in-1 Organic Play Mat, especially the adorable pillow that comes with it.

I recently purchased the Pink Wooden Play Kitchen Set from Small Smart, and it has far beyond my expectations. Not only was installation a fast, but with the 10 provided utensils in the set, kids were able to leap right into play mode. They were also entertained while I was putting it together.And I have to commend Small Smart's service - it was super fast and absolutely secure in the package. Delivered the wrong package but included my personal information on the invoice attached to the package. Another person was involved luckily she delivered my package to me. We spoke after and she informed me when she complained she was verbally abused and sworn at by a member of staff. A thumbs down from me
