As usual company's are happy to sell you a product. But unfortunately any form of professional after service is poor at best.

Top notch service. I ordered a couple of flue items online and they were really helpful with my request for next day delivery to get me out of a fix. Great communication via phone and email, a generously cut length of flue liner and very competitive prices too.

We have been after a log burning stove for quite a while but had never taken the plunge. Lower Barn Farm was recommended to us and it was easy to see why. We first Nick who was very informative and not the least bit pushy. He explained everything to us in great detail making the final decision quite easy.We ended up purchasing a stove, hearth and log beam. Like many I guess, the first thing we did was to google the costs to check prices. This was the best value by far.All of the work from initial survey to full instillation was conducted very professionally. Dominic and Paul were both excellent. The instillation went as planned with everything done in a day. Both took time to explain how everything worked, passing on their valuable knowledge and advice. All gratefully received. We have since used the stove 3 times, despite it not being that cold, and are really pleased with it.Put simply, we couldn’t be happier. The service, products and final installation were first class. If you are looking for a stove then I think you would struggle to find anywhere better to go.Highly recommended. Roll on the really cold weather.

Reseller advertised items as stainless steel and in stock, however they have come back and said that the stainless is more money and actually item is powered coated in white but not in stock, if I wanted I could pay more for stainless!! When I challenged them they said its very clear its in white which the picture isn't, plus their description actually says stainless. Now chasing for full refund. I wouldn't order online with them again.

Do not use this company. They list items that they do not stock and have ridiculous delays before they can fulfil orders. Go elsewhere.

Brilliant service, really happy with our new fireplace. Not pushy either got some great advice and products and no hassle even though we were fitting it ourselves. Recommended.
