I lived here for 2 years but I was around alot for my 3rd year aswell and my experience was amazing! There were so many good memories and it's a good place to stay if you want to socialise and make friends. People complain about the noise but what do you expect it's a university accommodation. I graduated in 2016 but if I could go back again just to experience it again I would.

I have lived here for two years now and would not choose to live anywhere else, the staff are super friendly and helpful, it is very modern and amazing for student life!The prices are reasonable too considering the standards!I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to live somewhere really nice!

Good sized rooms, especially if you're willing to pay more. Having all bills included means I don't have to worry about extra payments. Good distance from town, okay distance from uni. 24/7 security is good and means you can collect parcels whenever you like.

I've lived here for all three of the years I was a student at the University of Derby and absolutely loved it. All the staff are very friendly, helpful and resolve any problems you may have as soon as they can. Personally I think it is in the perfect location too. Not too far from uni but also not far from town. The rooms themselves are great. They are clean and modern unlike some of the other student accommodation in Derby. They also have plenty of storage which is great for people like me who tend to buy lots of things they don't actually need!

Great place to live, rooms are modern and great for students, double bed ensuite what more could you want! Staff are all lovely and helpful & nice to know there's security 24/7. Would recommend 100%

Awful place to live. I have never been more disrespected than this student accommodation. Firstly, when I first moved in the heater was broken, the lights were broken and the sensors in the bathroom were not working. Which meant I was freezing, showering in the dark and only had a few flickering lights. Because most of these maintenance issues were not 'emergencies' they took weeks to fix. Secondly, they just let themselves in whenever they want. You could be in the middle of an online lecture or peeing and if you don't answer the door in time, they will just walk in. If you live in the studios like I did, it was disrespectful and rude to have walked in without notice.I am utterly appalled by the service in this accommodation, we deserve respect as students.

The accommodation is really new and up to date. The bedroom is spacious and has plenty of storage.It's very secure, there is great security guards that walk around every hour.You have the option to live with friends. This makes booking easier as you choose which flat and flatmates you wish to live with.

Darley Bank is a great place to live, socialize and have a great time while being a student at University of Derby. I feel very safe living here.

Friendly staff in modern, spacious rooms. They're always happy to help, and it's only a few minutes from the university, and Derby city centre.
