I recently rented an ensuite bedroom through the lettings agent Ms.Clare, and I must say, the experience was very good. The property was clean and tidy, and all the amenities were in excellent working condition.Despite being abroad, I had no issues with communication as all our interactions were online, Clare was extremely helpful with online viewing and always prompt in her responses. Ms. Sherah made the documentation work extremely easy for me, and I was able to move into the property without any hassle.Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience renting a house share through Very Nice Homes, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable living space.

Hi there, I currently rent a room which is fabulous. Throughout the whole process of starting my tenancy agreement everything went as planned and the team at Very Nice Homes were very supportive and helpful. I cannot thank Claire & Zahra enough! The facilities are clean and tidy. The room is ideal for what I require too! I highly recommend this agency. I have most recently had an issue with my bed which was instantly replaced after being seen to as it was damaged. Everything just works for me and I love my first home of my own. I recently viewed a property managed by this company. Less than a week later I was moved in and made to feel very welcomed. The process is very easy and quick, with help from two extremely lovely ladies Claire and Sherah who made it a dream to move house rather than hassle like it can be sometimes. Property is exactly what you would want your home to be and extremely well maintained. Thanks again very nice homes.

After looking around for a while and struggling to find something suitable, I came across a room with Very Nice Homes. From the second I requested a viewing the guys involved genuinely couldn’t have been more helpful! Clare was an absolute God send from the start and managed to fit in the viewing around me. There was a room I liked that was unfortunately let, however, as soon as something similar (which actually turned out to be better) came up, she was straight on the phone to let me know and see if i would like to view!From the viewing, to the payments, to the receiving of the keys, i cannot fault anything they did! Any questions or concerns I had were answered no problems! From Clare doing the viewing and arranging the key drop to Sherah in the office sorting all of the paperwork and payments etc. it was an absolute breeze! I would highly recommend to anybody!☺️

During the pandemic I rented a room with them for 6 months. They sent me a room inventory video and I signed the lease after viewing that video. When I finally got the keys the room looked nothing like the video, it was absolutely filthy.There were dozens of dead flies all over the bathroom, the toilet was filthy, and the entire room was dusty. The shower also had a massive gap down the side and was unusable.I sent them a video and pictures of the issue (see attached), they had the shower fixed after a few days but completely ignored any mention of the dead flies and dirty toilet. Once they get you to sign they completely change their tone and only do what is absolutely compulsory by them.Someone had clearly used the room before they gave me my keys and they had failed to clean it thereafter, this was during the pandemic lockdown!At the end of my tenancy I cleaned the entire room, including mopping the floors and dusting every surface, and they still had the nerve to charge me a cleaning fee. Threatening a negative impact on my, and my guarantor's credit history if I don't. They ignored both emails I sent when asking for clarification on why the cleaning fee was applicable. I have paid the cleaning fee to avoid this and will be raising a formal complaint through the Property Redress Scheme to get my money back.Edit: As you can see in the reply from the 'owner' the delusion flows from the top down in this 'business'. Despite the video and photo evidence he refuses to acknowledge any of the issues with the room, before contradicting himself and stating that the issues were not sorted because they were directed to the wrong team. I should've taken their low star rating as my first indicator to look elsewhere. Learn from my mistakes :)
