MyErgo Dental Loupes

Been recommended to try this company from a colleague. I’ve been really happy with the customer service from MyErgo. Luke and Xavier have been so efficient and knowledgeable in getting me sorted with my new loupes.

This is my third set of loupes and they are by far the best. I got the 5x refractive. Image is sharp, depth of field great. My posture has really improved and I’ve started to feel a reduction in neck pain.I tried the Bryant loupes and just couldn’t get on with them. These ones in my opinion are far superior, being lighter weight more comfortable and the depth of field is far superior.I feel the light could do with being a bit brighter, but the light source would probably be bulkier and heavier. I think I am getting used to the light in any case.Super pleased and would highly recommend.They took about 12 weeks to be delivered, but are worth the wait.

Amazing service from both Luke and Theo since the start. I even had a demo session on a Sunday from the comfort of my home. Always replying to emails promptly and nothing was too much hassle for them.The loupes and light have great quality at very competitive prices.I have recommended already a few other colleagues.Well done for providing such great service!

I purchased the AirLight Headlight to go with my loupes and it is great and great value for money. Good amount of brightness and battery life. I recently broke my cable and contacted Luke, I was happy to purchase a replacement but it was replaced free of charge. The customer service and aftercare is excellent, nothing is too much trouble and very quick at responding to emails if you have any issues. Thank you Luke & Theo.

I cannot praise the MyErgo Loupes Team enough. I bought Lloyd loupes around a year ago now and I use them everyday.Great loupes at a competitive price. Excellent customer support! They went above and beyond to correct the loupes I’ve ordered.Highly recommend!

I'm thrilled with my loupes from MyErgo, I purchased a standard pair 2.5 mag as I've never used loupes before and had my glasses prescription added in the lenses. I also added the wireless light.I was surprised how quickly I got used to them and I wouldn't be without them now. Battery life on the light is great,I haven't needed the third battery yet even on busy days.Delivery was within the expected time frame and customer service has been faultless,all for a very reasonable price. I'd honestly recommend MyErgo to anyone considering loupes and will certainly be using them again for future ones.

I really wish I had gone with Bryant Dental… I’ve been sent the wrong loupes, and two damaged lights, and given false estimates with how long it would take. Very disappointed. It’s been 3 months and I still don’t have my loupes. I’ve wasted a lot of my time chasing them around to receive the product I’ve ordered.

I have had my loupes from ergo loupes since the end of 2020. I bought the sports frame with x3 magnification with prescription lenses. They are of high quality and at a very reasonable price compared to other brands. Personally I couldn't ask for anything more from dental loupes. I can't fault them. They have very good image clarity. Customer service is excellent, they respond to my questions promptly even now that I've had the product for the past 3 years. I would really recommend they're loupes to others.

Best investment! Helping my back and neck a lot. I went for 3.5 magnification and it was very good to being with. I got used to it very quickly. Very pleased and it did not break my bank too. Apart from product, customer service is excellent. Both Luke and Theo are amazing and takes care of customer. I had few occasion where it was definitely my fault when I lost some part and they were very prompt to send me replacement. And now they are also sending name engraved case too which itself it expensive!! I am very excited to see it now. Recommend 10:10
