5 stars for ARC. We have now moved our internet, phones, mobiles and payment services and we have one point of contact for everything. The time and frustration spent with other companies to sort out their problems cost us hours very other month. After 18 months of exceptional service these guys deserve a mention. I was looking for a new mobile phone provider for my business on the internet and came across Arc Mobiles. I didn’t have very high expectations but as soon as I spoke to the agent (Steve), I knew I was going to use their services. Price is always one of the most important factors for any SME and he found me what I needed in the exact price range that I was looking for.I have a number of employees that need work phones, that can support the app we use. I had an idea of which phone I thought would work best for us, and Steve was very knowledgeable about the specifications of each phoneand how they could be used to benefit our business and integrate with our service user’s apps. He was one step ahead and made sure the individual users all had ample data on each line. As we had requested to move network, he talked me through what was going to happen when we switched over. The only thing I had to do was call Sky to get my PAC code to move from Sky to o2. Arc did everything else which made the process really straight forward and seamless. Apart from price, it is reassuring to know that I am able to phone Arc and I won’t have to sit waiting for ages on hold. Thanks to Arc and to Steve.

I spoke to arc mobiles about my needs to a Voip office phone system and some mobiles for my team. They came back with a good price and and even better customer service. Since that date if I have had any problems I can contact them round the clock and they sort it quickly.

Lee took the time to explain exactly what type of phone system we needed and supplied a seamless transfer of our current number over to the new system. Nothing was too much trouble despite my numerous questions. Thank you.
