Never had any issues ever till tonight...It was cold and really poor, so weird as its normally amazing... Evetything was soggy and had been packed a good while...the Calzone was just cheese and onion, it also contained 10 bits of tiny chicken and hardly any sweetcorn, and not cooked through...the chicken strips were so soggy, as were the chips, they had been packed very hot the put in a polystyrene box and crushed at the bottom of the bag...we pay more as it's normally brilliant, but with this being our only treat in the current climate, doubt I will order again... People can't afford to waste money on garbage food... incredibly disappointed.

We ordered food on 28th December, was told it would be an hour it took nearly 2 and a half, we chased twice, each time to be told it would be 10 mins, although they gave us some cake, the order was wrong and cold. We did call to tell them the order was wrong but the girl on the phone didn't seem too interested. They didn't at anytime we called. It was our first time trying and will deffo never again! Would leave zero stars if there was an option!!!

ive ordered cheesy chips and a cheeseburger, the chips where cold and burger very dry , i also got a diet coke but they gave me a full fat phone , i rang up to complain and they was laughing AWFUL FOOD !

Avoid! Order at your own risk! I placed an order and was told to wait 45 mins to an hour. After almost two hours I called in to chase up my order - the chap said my order had been forgotten about and they’d jump on it now. “Forget it pal” a take away service to not process an order? This is totally inept.

If you actually want a pizza to eat would suggest you don't order from here. After 2 hours and 15 minutes and 6 phone we still didn't have a pizza so I cancelled. Staff were very rude, hung up on my twice and never rang back when they said they would to confirm where my order was, nor would they refund my order.

Had a chicken shish wrap. A bit tasteless. Couldn’t taste the flavour on the chicken or the chilli sauce. Good amount of salad though. Chips were awful

I have ordered from Bella Pizza before and then it has been perfectly fine and well cooked but this time the pizza was very dry and cold. It was not cut properly and didn't meet the normal expectations.

The driver is a thief, he adds money to the cost and before you realise he has left with your money. Phoned the shop and they didn't care. Very bad. AVOID

Nice food, but only thing they fault is when I say no cheese on the wrap they still put it on, happens most times, I always get the person on the phone to repeat what I've ordered so I know its down as no chèese, so not sure who's at fault, probably the person making the food an rushing an not reading it properly, because they are busy.
