Mark is a great find! He turned up when he said he would, fixed our printer within 30 mins was finished. Would definitely recommend and I'm sure we will be using Mark again.

Superb service at very short notice. The job (a significant repair to our main RICOH copier) was completed quickly and at a very reasonable price. The adding of 'scan to file' facility was an added bonus (we hadn't managed to work out how to do that)! Definitely our 'go to' company with immediate effect. Thank you, Mark!

The engineer turned up nice and early. He was aware of the issue and had prepared with the correct parts with him. The problem was resolved within 45 minutes or so, the machine was fixed, cleaned and left working with minimal impact on the office. Reasonably priced-would recommend.

I emailed Mark for help through the contact page on the First Fix website. He replied to my enquiry immediately, and although I was outside the area he covered, he was gracious enough to offer some advice, which helped me solve my issue; now that's what I call service. I will be recommending Mark and First Fix to anyone in need of copier assistance.

I can highly recommend First Fix Copiers. Mark installed and serviced a reconditioned copier/printer for me earlier this year, and was extremely fast, efficient and knowledgeable.I called him again again several months later when the machine had developed a fault, and he arrived to carry out the minor repair within a couple of hours - what a great service!The prices are very reasonable, and the service excellent.

Mark serviced my printer a year ago and it runs smooth and without a hitch, very happy.This morning I called for his advice (because the manufacturers support desk was hopeless) and within 5 minutes Mark was able to give me a definitive diagnosis and I now know exactly what to do.*That* is top service.Recommended :-)

The best technician in his field . Very knowledgeable and quick and efficient. Always look after clients and never ever been expensive. Very polite and gentle . Just came today to fix my office printer . Could not fix it coz he suggested me to get a new one would be much cheaper than fixing this . I am overwhelmed at his service and suggestion. I would love to call him again . I called other vendors and they all much more expensive than him but I bet they were not much experienced than him ..
