Very Rude Staff and UnprofessionalPersonal Traineer (Gemma) was very rude. I was with my friend. Since, his finger print were not taken. I call a member of staff for help. When she arrived i requested her to help my friend. She said you have to come during weekdays to take your finger print. The way she spoke to us was so rude that i don't want to response to her. Honestly, we don't deserved that nor anyone who come to the gym deserves that kind of treatment from staff. Later on i met Asst Manager and asked for his help and everything was sorted out.

I've just seen I rated this two star when I meant to click 5* I've not been yet my self but have friends who go and tell me how good this place is I suffer with social anxiety and confidence issues trying to conquer this I know this place will help do that !! Can't wait to sign up

The best gym I’ve been to in Swindon. Lovely staff, clean gym along with great equipment. Classes are good, especially spin. I’m thankful that the gym also plays good music!

I’ve been at simply for around 2 and a half years now love the environment the equipment and the people most people smile, it’s not just a gym it’s abit of a social too.Staff are friendly, if any help is needed they will always assist.
