Sil Lum Kune

My son started this year at sil lum kune little tigers and its been amazing! Sifu and the rest of the team are amazing with children. My boy is full of confidence and loves coming to class. The best decision I made to take him here. I would recommend it 100% to anyone thinking of joining MMA. The best club in the area!

I started training at Sil Lum Kune just over a year ago, at first to get back into shape. The instructors are world class (literally). It's doing wonders not just for my physical health but also my mental wellbeing. The facilties are great, but moreso there's such a supportive and positive social aspect there. I've now started my three young children there at kung-fu and kickboxing and they absolutely love it. It's teaching them not only how to defend themselves if needed, which in today's society is sadly a worry of any parent. Its teaching them discipline, control and respect. I really can't recommend it highly enough.

This is a great club for people (of all ages) to learn kung Fu Martial arts... the club has a great atmosphere and Sifu Paul Burkinshaw is a great teacher and role model to all his students. It’s a great place to train. I take my two grandkids twice a week and they both love it. It promotes self-control, teamwork, discipline, and respect. They also learn self-defence techniques which has given them more confidence in themselves. I highly recommend you give it a try.

Great environment for the children! My daughter's been attending Sifu's Paul classes for over 1 year now and she loves it ! She became more confident and disciplined since starting! Thank you Sifu Paul and thank you so much Arshaan!

My son has grown if confidence since starting here, a real great value for the money, a great family atmosphere all instructors are top class and take pride in what the teach, I’ve done martial arts for many years and wish I had found sil lum kune years ago. Would recommend to anyone all ages, come along and see for yourself.

My son started little tigers here around 6 years ago and has since moved onto kickboxing. All staff are amazing with him and brought out a confidence that wasn’t there before. My husband and daughter joined about 18 months ago and they all love it. It’s great for exercise and the self defence and knowledge that they are able to better protect themselves is a life skill. The dedication and commitment shown by the trainers is inspiring and I thank you for that. We would highly recommend for anyone of all ages, all are welcome and supported regardless of experience. My children and husband were clueless about martial arts until they joined this amazing club.

My 9 year old son has only been attending Sil Lum Kune for a short while. In that time he has gained confidence and has more self belief in his own abilities. Sifu is amazing with the kids . Would highly recommend.
