After being a patient at Hainton Ave for over 20 years I can honestly say I was quite impressed with my visit on Thursday.Friendly reception staff booked me in.I was greeted by Dorota and her Dental nurse, having the best ever thorough examination, plus x rays, resulting in a return for treatment.What a refreshing change my visit to the Dentist was.Thank you Dentology

I was given an emergency appointment here and I cannot fault the staff. The receptionist was extremely helpful and the dentist was so calming and informative.I can’t thank her enough for getting rid of my pain

Had an appointment today with Guille and his nurse Paula, I have to say the service was really good. Guille was really reassuring and his patient care is excellent, with great assistance from Paula. I'd like to thank Guille, for such a young man he's got great people skills, and is a credit to your practice.

Everyone involved from Reception, Dental Assistants and Dentists always polite cheerful and welcoming. Very informative about any treatments needed and work with you. Never felt so at ease visiting a Dentist's.

There can be no one more petrified of dentists than me. All I can say is that Dentology Grimsby Hainton Ave have in the last two weeks taken away some of my fear.. The staff have been understanding and patient and most importantly I have had no pain from my last treatment. My hygienist Gopika has been absolutely fantastic I hope you like your flowers and I can't recommend them enough for anyone who is afraid.Dianne May

My experience is a happy one had a tooth out on Tues with a new dentist she was lovely polite and caring . the receptionist are always helpful and polite also got part dentures which I'm happy with so thank you Dentology

I would just like to commend the excellent staff at Dentology...what superb service from the lovely assistant who booked me in to the superb, professional service from Alejandro Nunez and his very capable and reassuring assistant. I had to spend a long time in the chair as it was a complex piece of work. But I can honestly say it was one of the best dental experiences ever. Kudos to the whole practice as to how they well manage under the Covid restrictions as a front-line worker in mental health it was very much appreciated. Well done all. ! Mark Silvester

Will cancel your appointments on the day and then can't see you for a month, previously rang for emergency appointments and told it would be weeks before being seen to. Keep trying to get a tooth fixed and they keep saying we need to book an appointment to perform the work but ive had 3 appointments and they charged me and still done nothing. Do not recommend.
