Really disappointing.My husband and I just lost every single thing we own in a flood. We organised a new flat in which we got to and there was no bed (when it was meant to be furnished) I got recommended this company and called up and they said they could deliver a bed today. Which I was really great full for. The man delivered the bed and said he had to go to another job before we got the mattress inside the flat. I got it inside and realised that it was really poor quality and not what I wanted. I called the man soon as I realised so about 30 minutes later it was still wrapped up in plastic to ask if I could return it as i was really not happy with it. I was more then happy to pay for a return fee. I just didn’t want to be stuck with a bed that’s awful.I rang and spoke to the man and he would not return it as ‘he was doing me a favour’ I really didn’t realise buying a bed and getting it delivered the same day was a favour. Anyway lesson learnt never buy a mattress without checking it out in person. I really didn’t think I wouldn’t like a mattress I thought it was straight forward but it’s honestly the worst quality I’ve ever seen (I know I sound dramatic but I’m just so upset)

Broadway are always super helpful and go above and beyond to get you what you need when you need it. I have dealt with Rowland a lot and he's always been fab but the whole team are great. Definitely recommend
