Dr Noodles Perth

I really like Dr Noodles, however the last three times I've ordered from them in a row each time they have messed up my order.The first time my order arrived with chicken instead of tofu, which I ended up giving to a neighbor since I don't eat meat. The second time my order got switched with somebody elses and I had to drive over to the store to get it fixed. Yesterday I placed an order for me and my partner, and when the delivery showed up there was only one box in the bag instead of two. Once again I had to drive into the city centre after work to get it fixed. Note, I paid delivery charges for all of these orders.If you have a problem with your Dr Noodles order do not bother attempting to call them—they do not pick up the phone. Ever. This is probably due to the fact that they seem to leave only ever have one member of staff in the building at any given time, so I can't blame them, but the management needs to be overhauled imo.So yeah, the food is good, but the service is appalling, and if they mess up your order (which they will) there's no way to contact them save physically going into the store and speaking to the staff in person. If you've ordered from far away you're pretty much SoL.

Staff were friendly. Place was immaculate inside.The noodles with chicken, veg and teriyaki were nice. Would have expected a bit more chicken but the box really does fill you up and the teriyaki had a nice flavour with a nice little bit of spice.

Nice staff, awful food.Basically its Subway for noodles, except subway is SUPPOSED to be cold and inexpensive; this is only one of those things. £4.50 EXTRA for 3 sheet white cold little hocks of processed chicken and a couple of strings of cold beef. Wouldn't eat here again if you paid me, there are plenty of non-chain, local places to get decent noodles. Just avoid this one.

Sloppy and disgusting. The beef is too salty ,the whole presentation is not appetizing at all.

The friendly and attentive staff made me feel very welcome. The menu is very diverse with endless options/combinations (staff recommendations are excellent). The shop/restaurant is very open and clean - and smells unreal while things are cooking. It's definitely a must-visit spot for anyone craving delicious and authentic Asian cuisine. I can't wait to visit again!

First time in. I wasn't expecting much but these noodles were really good. We both went with the spicy coconut which wasn't spicy at all. Service was fast and friendly.

Disgusting. Simply the worst every takeaway. The takeaway leaked through the plastic bag all over my sons trousers and onto the car seat leaving stains.Once we got the takeaway out into bowls the rice was still swimming in a sea of so much black teriyaki sauce even after so much had leaked out.It looked horrible but thought would try and tasted horrible. We both had different dish and both were revolting. The rice was lumpy too. What a disgrace. People just have know idea of standards and certainly no stars

Last 3 times I have been to the order has been wrong but the last time I went there was no sauce, protein or veg in my order. I tried calling for an hour to get it sorted and nothing. My partner emailed (from Dr noodle) website and still not heard back. Really disappointed and can't believe the service and food quality I have received.I use to order from here alot because the food and service was great but the last few months I have had really bad experiences.
