Proper old school ironmongers. Has everything you could want or need for home projects. Staff are lovely and there are a few bargains to be had in the tool section. Look out for the labels that say Jack Special Deals on them. Absolute gem of a place.

Great long established hardware shop that carry a considerable range of goods.If they do not have a specific item that you require, they'll order it for you and call you when it is ready to collect.Staff are friendly and knowledgable, and give excellent service.

This shop has been going since I was a boy in the 50's/60's.Everything you need here for the professional or handy-man.Still going strong!!(A piece of history right outside the door of Jacks).

Jacks is a great shop they have a very extensive selection and staff go the exra mile to help if they dont have it they can probably get it for you prices are very competative too
