We had a live in carer for a few weeks as an alternative to respite to support Mum while Dad was terminally ill. Tunde was allocated. He had was kind, compassionate, intuitive, unobtrusive, responsive with great initiative, he blended into our family. He supported us all during Dad's last few days and fed us as we came to his last few hours and cared for Dad after he passed away. The subtlety and compassion were amazing. Thanks Tunde.

Staff has poor training,turns up sick,passes stomach flu bug on. And other intresting stuff. Now when you complain. It is all covered up.

Review on behalf of my friend.Where to start, my Auntie received the most disgusting care under the hands of Choices.Basic hygiene was none existent. Live in carer had no idea about the nutrition my Auntie needed due to her diabetes. Unable to take bloods correctly or failing to even do them. My Auntie was left to sleep in her day clothes, left sitting in chair all day with no interaction.

My mum had a live in carer through this agency for the last week of her life. The carer herself was extremely impersonal specifically around the death. The team leader was uninterested in any concerns, no care assesment was provided for my mum or family to look over despite it being requested several times. Really poor service I'll unfortunately never forget.
