I ordered 9 items of Le Creuset, costing around £150. Had I ordered them from John Lewis it would have been around £250. Everything arrived well packaged with original labels and LC packaging. Ordered Thursday and it arrived the following Wednesday. So impressed.

Just received my order of le cruest mugs. Apart from absolutely thrilled with my order, packing brilliant no chance of any breakages. Will be back for more in different colours. Highly recommend.

Ordered a Big Green Egg MiniMax, charcoal and lighters. Dealt with Hannah who was fantastic, placed the order on Monday 11th January and BBQ arrived as described on the 15th January. Will be using this Business for all my future Big Green Egg BBQ needs. Highly recommend.

I bought a Le Creuset decanter from Diss Ironworks, I dropped the funnel piece on its first outing which broke.. Le Creuset would not sell me the small funnel on its own. I contacted Diss Ironworks who liaised with Le Creuset on my behalf but still got the same result. I was clearly disappointed. As a good will gesture Amy at Diss Ironworks sent me a replacement funnel from their stock at their expense.. First class customer care, I will certainly be using Diss Ironworks in the future and recommend them whole heartedly .. Thank You. Nick

Discovered these lovely people on google while I was checking prices for some Le Creuset items I wanted to buy and I’m so glad I stumbled across them. What a great company! Fabulous prices, offers and a brilliant service. All of my items arrived quickly and safely and were extremely well wrapped. Also, I read the negative reviews and ignored them as I think most people would agree those instances have nothing to do with your products or services, a customer changing their mind is not your problem and a customer ordering the incorrect amount is not your fault either and you should not be expected to pay for either. Keep up the good work.

We bought an Everhot cooker from Diss Ironworks, and took delivery this week. The customer service is second to none, and we are so happy with our purchase. They are undoubtedly the best company to go to when making a purchase of a range cooker, all makes are on display and can be compared in their showroom. There is no pressure to buy, the communication is excellent, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you

Recently ordered some ovengloves which ended up being delivered to the wrong house and then when I rang up to let them know, they weren't able to send me a new pair as they were out of stock. I asked a refund then as they were for a birthday present which had then passed, however they said they had to investigate with DPD first and would let me know - they then proceeded to not keep me updated and ignored my follow up email in which I asked for an update and a refund. Then had to send another follow up as a complaint and requested the refund and compensation, to which they gave a refund but no compensation. Long story short, I ended up without the product and only got my money back after 6 weeks with no compensation which I don't think is very good, hence this review. I'm sure the oven gloves would have been fine, as they looked nice on the website

We drove 3 hours to look at the range cookers & wasn’t disappointed- the salesman was really helpful & had great knowledge… when we’re ready for our cooker we will be buying from here! Thank you.
