Respectful Care Nottingham North

I have worked for Respectful Care Nottingham North for a while now. I was very impressed with how organised the company is from day one. It makes you think that you are an individual and not just another number. There are loads of support from the office staff (and field team, too!) and there are always there for you. Loads of training and courses make us all better at what we do. The company values are very much like my own and sometimes it doesn't even feel like being at work. It is a pleasure to care for such lovely clients and to work for Respectful Care. All carers that I met are passionate and genuinely care. I have found a job that I really and truly enjoy. I would recommend it to both new clients and carers. Respectful Care you are who you say you are - outstanding standards!

I have worked for Respectful care now for 3 months and i can only echo the 5* reviews published. My experience up to now is very positive, the support i have received from the office staff and the support workers has been Fab, they have welcomed me into the company and made me feel valued as a member of their team. One of the reasons why I wanted to work for the company was they had been recognised by the quality care commission as Outstanding, which is what it is! Cares and office staff that actually care about their clients....

I have worked at Respectful care for nearly three years. Reading such wonderful reviews from our staff reminds me of how lucky we are to have each and every one of them! The commitment everybody shows to our company and our clients is amazing! I can honestly say we have the best staff in the care sector! Each person goes above and beyond for their peers and our clients. The Director and my office team are one of a kind and show dedication and support to me every day. I know it’s not always easy in care but having people like our team makes my job a lot easier!There is a real “family” ethos, one that I am extremely proud to be part of! Our staff deserve every bit of positive recognition they get, so Thankyou. ❤️ I have worked in other company’s where you have been treated as a number but with Respectful care this is where we hope we make a difference to everyone and they are treated as individuals!! Respectful care have looked after my dad for 6 years and I couldn't be happier with the service they provide. the assessment took place and was carried out professionally and was extremely thorough. my Dad receives the best care and the care staff are just wonderful, I am at ease knowing he loves his care staff and they are always there when needed. Management are very nice and always deal with any concerns I have in a timely manner. thankyou for everything you do!!!

I have been working at Respectful Care for about 5 months now and I can honestly say I love my job. I love my clients and colleagues and everyday brings something new. Respectful Care have been very flexible and have worked around my family. Can't recommend enough

I have never worked in care before so didn’t know what to expect going into this job.However, everything from the interview, to the comprehensive and continuous training, to the welcoming office staff and lovely carers has exceeded my expectations.I have never worked for such a caring company who give you flexibility for personal circumstances, available to talk 24/7 and check up on you.Every carer that I’ve met has been warm, smiley and well-trained, always prioritising the client’s care.Also, the clients that I’ve spoken with all say that the carers are lovely, go above and beyond and the office staff resolve any issues they have.It is not the easiest or most glamorous job but there’s always some to talk to if you’re struggling and I would recommend Respectful Care to anyone considering working in care or needing a carer :)

Have to add that respectful care are not involved with me at this time as they have stated in update of their review.This review was originally put on oct 2022 but asked to remove or care would be with drawn. Care was withdrawn as the company said they couldn't keep me safe as I needed staff with a flu jab and they couldn't provide this. In dec when i became extremely poorly i asked them to stay as i hadn't got any care but they refused and still withdrew although they were aware no other care in place (due to illness) and during that time staff asked to call for an ambulance for me they rang the office and the wouldn't let them. (I should have been in hospital spent 8 weeks in bed ill )this is original review and of course this above is the update After sending a carer away as was an unexpected calli rang the company ended up in tears but it wasmyself that had to recontact the company to find outwhat was happening moving forward. Have only beenwith the company 17 days and had 13 differentcarers for personal care and 3 last minute changes ofcarer and coming at 6.30am when agreed with thecompany no carers before 7am . Now haveneighbours complaining of being woken at anunreasonable time the company was well aware I had2 assistance dogs and sent me2 carers who said they were afraid of dogs thechanges are not only unsettling for me but also fordogs wno neeu tthe dogs who need to work but unable to do soa heen assured bybecause of the stress. I have been assuredmichelle that there will be consistency in the futuremoving forward I will update this review as thisoccurs. I would also like to point out that the carersthat have attended have been amazing.Have beenasked to remove this review or care will be removedso have to remove as can not manage without care. Care was withdrawn as expectedAnd wish to state everything in this review can be verified with emails at the time and am glad that according to them they don't treat every client in this manner they even sent my invoices to the council instead of me and clearly discussed me with them without my permission even though they say they respect client confidentiality but that clearly is only when it suits them

Respectful Care have looked after my dad for the past three months before he went into residential care. We have found the carers to be kind, caring, efficient and punctual. The office staff are very responsive and helpful and Karl has always replied promptly to my emails with compassion. I have been impressed with the records kept and the follow up calls to check everything was running smoothly. I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending Respectful Care.

Respectful Care looked after my grandma like she was their own grandma. They were incredible through some hard times we as a family had to deal with due to my grandma’s dementia. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They went above and beyond to ensure she was safe, looked after and things were reported promptly to allow us to act fast for the things my grandma needed. I will be forever. Grateful for the care not only did my grandma get, but us as a family too Could not of wished for a better company to have been providing the care for my grandma
