Absolutely love this place! My friend recommended this cafe and I was a little skeptical as cafes I've used in the past have been greasy and not good for their money but this place didn't not disappoint! Lovely food and worth the price. You have to try!

Was in Hull visiting friends and got hungry on the way in so found Giselles cafe and Went in for lunch, what lovely staff very welcoming and accommodating I got a Jacket and Chilli Con Carne it came with salad and it was delicious 10-10 for sure.We'll definitely be going back and well recommend

Good food in our case breakfast, great friendly service, and good value. Just lacked in atmosphere and was somewhat cold. Admittedly cold,damp, November morning.

Late breakfast/early lunch. Food and drink are both excellent. And the fact that they use butter on their toast puts them on a pedestal to me. Breakfast was missing an egg but that was minor as other items made up for it. Wife's quesadilla was first class. Ended up taking away sandwiches for car journey ahead and these to were simply scrumptious. We will be back when in the area.

Lovely place, easy access from city bus station very close to the new theatre. Food excellent, really good prices too. Very friendly atmosphere and staff.

The staff are wonderfully friendly, the food is always fresh and despite the cafe's popularity, the food is always served promptly. The sweet treats are absolutely to die for.Honestly this is a treasure of a place for absolutely anyone.

Really wanted to like this place as the menu seemed good but the service was not great. Not a lot was in stock, the ingredients were in need of defrosting and we were asked multiple times to clarify a simple order. The food was mediocre. It just seemed very disorganised.
