We've just had the whole house done (four units in total spread over three floors with two outdoor compressors), and as an asthmatic opera singing living next to a busy road, I must say I only wish I had done this sooner. To say it makes a huge difference is something of an understatement, it really is a life-altering improvement for me. The new Panasonic technology is extremely powerful and quiet - you get clean air fast, and the air conditioning works very well (handy in these London heat waves). The team swept in en masse, and all was done very professionally and quickly. A highly recommended team all around with a special shout out for Toto, the excellent decorator who restored order to our walls with remarkable skill and efficiency.

A brilliant team of installers. Highly efficient and so nice to have in the house for a day. Absolutely no mess and an excellent job. I could not be more pleased and would recommend them to anybody. The whole procedure from speaking to James initially, followed by the inspection from Lawrence and finally the installation was flawless.

Thermacool Services installed 6 units for us in 6 different rooms of my house in just 1 week.The team worked very hard each day and were very pleasant, thoughtful and considerate whilst in my house. There really was no mess!The initial discussion prior to installation was very thorough allowing me to ask questions, express my needs and understand what I was buying. The plan was then followed through as agreed to a very high standard.The air conditioning units are discreet inside and outside of my property and work perfectly. I spoke to a few AC suppliers before I chose Thermacool and I strongly believe I made the right choice choosing them.Thermacool AC is efficient and the units are completely non invasive to the decor of my house. It is also extremely quiet and the team made installation very bearable and stress free.I am soon to own a second house and the first thing I intend to do is to call Thermacool for AC. It was so lovely working with James, Lawrence and the team. They are based local to Fulham which was a bonus when I needed them to show me how to work something :-)Lawrence and the engineer were very knowledgeable and professional and suggested clever locations to install which other companies hadn't. What they suggested also saved us having to do more cosmetic damage and saved us more money when comparing the final quotes!We had AC installed in 5 rooms over 4 different floors. All units are in perfect working order and our place looked like not work was done at all after, inside and out. The team were tidy and efficient. Other added bonus was when when we came after holiday and boiler was down....we could use the heat function on our AC units and it was AMAZING!!! Saved us freezing over night before engineer could come! Would use this company again in a new home!

We are extremely happy with the service and products provided by Thermacool Services who have installed AC in all four of our bedrooms.From our initial phone call to James through the site survey by Lawrence, to the actual installation by George and his colleague, the service was professional and courteous. The setup was clearly explained, advice was given and our input and requirements were taken on board.George and his colleague worked like Trojans on the actual installation. They were also incredibly tidy. Cleaning up as they went and removing all waste. Once they had left, the only proof they had actually been here were the AC units on the walls!If we decide to extend AC to the other rooms in the house, we know who we are going to call!

Thermacool services recently installed AC in 4 rooms in our house. We received 6 quotes before starting the works. The designs they offered far exceeded the other offerings; they were less disruptive to the internal rooms and significantly more discreet on the external pieces of the house. They also offered both an accelerated timeline in comparison to the others and met any of the others on price as well.The subsequent execution was flawless as well. They were quick, effective and the results reflect the initial plan. The team was also a pleasure to work with, responsive, thorough and thoughtful.I'd recommend their services to any residential property looking to install AC in their home.

We recently had 3 units installed in our house. Thermacool were an amazing company that offered a competitive price and excellent service . We had previously had the house renovated and didn't want to have any damage to new walls and ceilings etc. They did a fantastic job and once they had finished you would not have know they had even been here. The guys that installed the units were absolutely lovely, polite incredibly tidy and very considerate of our us and our home. They also colour matched the kitchen unit so it blends in with the wall and is not so obvious. A truly amazing job!

We have had a terrific experience with Thermacool. We had 2 units installed in August and the installation was very professional and fast with initiative taken to place the outdoor unit discreetly. We had lots of questions which were answered from detailed knowledge.We got on so well with them we installed a further 2 units this November and plan to use them this winter for heating. The installation team was able to place the second outdoor unit next to the earlier unit which was extremely sensible but not forseen in the survey as we have quite a big house and never thought how the cabling could run. I was a very big job which was handled tidily and everything was made good at the end.The next day one of the team arrived with a paint pot and made good where necessary. Everything marvellous and roll on the next heatwave - we can now cope!

We had 5 internal units fitted by this team earlier this summer, in our apartment in Fulham.The installation team were amongst the most professional of all contractors I have worked with, and I've worked with a lot. Technically they were excellent, but they also worked hard, fast, and minimised mess. Anything I brought up, they had already thought of. They were friendly and accommodating with our neighbours. The decorating work to 'make good' was superb.After installation service was also excellent, helping to iron out any minor issues promptly (there was nothing major).The team dealing with the administration was also super communicative and efficient.Overall, a really superb service. I thoroughly recommend.
