Laser Planet Watford

Hello. The boys had a great birthday party. Full of action and play. As a parent, it was fast or hurried service, game time too short, and food not great but snacky. We paid extra and added slush puppies. The kids enjoyed hence 4 stars.

We hired Laser Planet for a private party. It's a smart, modern venue, very clean, and we could bring our own food and decorations. We chose our groups and the length of our games and the staff arranged it for us. The staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough to help us. Highly recommended!

Good value laser venue. The young staff were great. They put on a great party for our child's birthday and eight friends. In and out in 90 mins, including two laser games and food. Well kept and clean. An easy, convenient and good value birthday. Recommended.

Been to a few birthday parties here for my son. Great venue. Very kid friendly. Only downside is parking.

Decent place for kids. The scoring after the game can be inaccurate so best to check before leaving. Food is ok, nothing great. Service is good.

We booked Laser Planet Watford for my son's birthday party based on the reviews here and we're very pleased with the decision. We chose to provide our own food and was grateful to have this option! Booking was easy, comms clear and there were no issues with gaining refunds within the clear policy.The venue is good and clean. The arrival process was clear and the staff really good. They made the party feel effortless. I was able to buy coffees for parents sticking around on a tab and settle this at the end.The kids really enjoyed themselves - and my son loved it!!Would definitely recommend.

Awful place with poor organisation and a complete lack of customer care. Avoid if you don't want to be disappointed. We were shouted over and shouted at by the manager who treated everyone like we were naughty 5 year olds. Very little direction and some idiot forgot to charge the packs so half our party couldn't enjoy their games. Complained and was offered a £30 refund (2 games) yet the scores clearly showed more were affected. Got no explanation or apology for how the manager treated us and whoever dealt with my complaint failed to identify themselves. Would not recommend

We had my sons 13th birthday on the weekend having had to postpone it a couple of times. Very grateful to George for all his assistance and to the lovely team at Laser Planet who just took charge - it was the most stress free party for us parents! What more can one ask for?!

Kids certainly had fun. Birthday parties can be atranged with your own food eg. Cake! Coffee shop inside. Not bad.

Surprisingly very well organized.I mean you hope that of every party venue for a baying group of manic 8 year olds, right?But as we all know: normally the ‘party organizer’ is my 17 year old nephew with no clue, no command, no nuffink!Not Lazer planet Watford! I got a call a week before informing me the Watford had a home game: take lots of time to arrive!!! (Thanks Rhiannon!)All the staff knew what they were doing and the fella marshaling the “arena” was strict and fun in equal measure. “No physical combat: and I’m looking at you dads!” Ho ho.The whole cake nightmare and food orders after were seamless. Phew.I had to go in to the Arena and take part as “some of the children were a little scared” but they were fine and I had fun too. “Take that you annoying little sod” I didn’t say out loud. To any of the children.Well organized. Pretty good value tbh. Very therapeutic. 10 out of 10.
