On Friday afternoon got these two half-full large fries. Came back on Sunday late evening, ordered icecream and some ice lemonade thing. Waited for over 10 minutes (there were two orders in front of our one but 4 after that got served first). We could see our order just sitting there waiting to be served to us. We had to come closer to the counter, have been ordered different order. When we said it's not our order the lovely lady asked what was our order number. Could not show her our reciept as the machine had issues printing it out on BOTH occasions (other customers complained about this and other staff member only replied I know it doesn't print it"). Our icecream was half full and quite melted when we finally got it. All staff members were lovely but very poor performance on both occasions."

Came in today with my sister to get some lunch. There was a man guarding the stairs being very rude to customers claiming there was no tables upstairs and pointing in these young ones faces. When I approached and asked if there was seats as an adult, I was pointed at seats downstairs, when I asked why younger ones were being allowed upstairs I was waved away. Promptly went a spoke to a manager who resolved this issue. I do not believe someone with such poor customer service skills should be at the face of this busy restaurant on a weekend lunch rush.

Vegetarian breakfast.Flatbread without bacon. Flatbread taste not the best.McMuffins was really tasty.Coffee latte for me very tasty.Vegetarian dinner.Medium fries, Side salad with vinegar dressing, Mozzarella dippers with salsa sauce and Coffee latte.Fresh salad and Mozzarella dippers as usually very tasty.Plus:-Good located restaurant.-Comfortable up floor.-Every 6-th cup hot drink for free.-Nice music.Mines:-Very often receipts in kiosk, not available.-If you want use toilet, please go on up floor, because on the ground level, he is all time very dirty.-Cheeseburger often without cheese. Check your burger, when you got him.-Very often, workers, instead of washing the trays normally, just stand and wipe them with wet dirty cloth, and then take them to clean ones. So if my fries touch the tray, i get out them.-Fries very often half cold. The same them very often or too fat or too dry or too brown. So first what you must eat in the meal, it is a fries.-Chocolate brownie it is complitely awfull, it is taste and smell like fish!!!

The only decent burger they ever did, was the Philly stack and now they don't do it anymore. . Also don't so in at the weekend it's full of stupid of pathetic and dumb school kids and the service is even worse than usual. They should have a separate till for deliveries.

Very busy, all tables were full downstairs and nearly full up, staff are good, very helpful and food was good, but always seem to put too much salt on the food,,,,,apart from that, good

The food was okay, but this could be mainly down to UK McDonald's (I am used to Australian McDonald's). Sausage patty is interesting, no whipped butter with hotcakes. Service was friendly, restraunt was clean.
