Poplar Access Scaffolding Ltd

I first had scaffold supplied from Poplar around 10 years ago. As a site manager we always require access scaffold. Poplar have continued to supply all access equipment and scaffold since then. Service is always good and they are on site when booked in.

Feedback is a gift and this is my, unfortunately not very pleasant experience with this company. They were hired by a company to fix leak or damage on a property attached to the house I live in. Without even acknowledging me, they drilled into the house I live in, which is a private property and attached the scaffolding to fix next door house.The scaffolding was there unused for 5 weeks. Poplar Access came this morning at 6.45am to take the scaffolding making load noise not even thinking or bothering about families around having young children. One of the labourers asked the other if they should let me know. The other bloke's answer was: No

I recently used Poplar Access scaffolding to assist with some works that was being carried out to my property and was subsequently very impressed with the service provided. I found the employees to be professional, approachable and efficient. From quote to installation to the deconstructing of the equipment; the service was exemplaray. There was no mess left behind or damage to my property and I was kept fully up to date with regards to the timeline. I will always use Poplar Access scaffolding in the future and advise others to do so aswell!

They started the loud work at 8:30 am on Sunday morning. Staff was constantly swearing, shouting and just being fully ignorance for people around scaffolding.If you would like to have quiet mornings, please avoid this company.EDIT: It happened once again but this time they started work at 7:30 am on Saturday morning. They ignored me when I asked if they can work after 8 am. I tried to call the office and report them but no one pick up the phone.
