A2 Arts Performing Arts Academy

A2 was highly recommended to us and 4 and 1/2 years later and counting, we highly recommend it to. The teachers are highly professional, passionate, creative geniuses, hard working and friendly. Classes are fun but challenging too. The annual show is just spectacular. But it’s the little things - like the principal turning up to plait hair before exams - that make it a special place to be and be part of.

My daughter loves being a part of A2 Arts. She has felt a part of a very encouraging and supportive wider dance family over the last 8 years and has made some wonderful friendships and memories. The ethos of the school is a great combination of excellence and professionalism mixed with a real focus on fun, enjoyment and teamwork. The end of year show is always an amazing experience for the dancers, the helpers and the audience!The school is made up a wonderful team of teachers and staff who bring so much to all the kids and make the parents feel very involved and welcome also.

Spent my early years at this school and ended up performing in the West End and on Broadway with STOMP.

My two girls (aged 12 & 8) have been going to A2 for 5 years and both absolutely love it. The classes on offer are brilliant and the teachers are so welcoming, the show every year is totally amazing and such a high standard. Not only have my girls grown in confidence and technique since joining A2 they have made some of the best friends (as have I). That's what stands out for me the most - it is the most friendly place, they strive for high quality but number 1, they ensure dancing is fun. Can't recommend highly enough.

A2 was recommended to us by our Y2 school teacher in 2014, my daughter has been going ever since. Apart from wonderful dance and musical theatre classes, A2 develops the whole person. Learning valuable life skills, like resilience, practice, confidence, team work and friendship. Can't wait for next year.
