Went for my first ever piercing yesterday. The staff were very friendly and helpful and Will who did my piercing was very friendly. The experience was very calm and gentle and i've had no problems whatsoever. Thank you

Unfortunately our experience wasn’t great. 2 out of 3 of us had issues of some sort, wrong posts given, multiple unsuccessful attemptsLucy was lovely and tried to put us at ease as she was provided the wrong posts from other staffWe also felt tension between the staff and piercer, on 3 occasions we felt our piercer was spoken down to and borderline being bullied by the team downstairs. The eye contact and body language wasn’t nice to see. I witnessed Lucy apologising numerous times.When we went downstairs, after the mistakes were resolved, my daughters piercing was just too big for her nose.We didn’t get to see the stud fully as the one we wanted was sold out so they found a similar version that was in packaging.My daughter left feeling tearful and not listened too, the lady l think was called Jenny was very dismissive and said they cant do anything more and that was that…Being in the Customer Experience industry this was hard to see. The waiting area upstairs can also hear every conversation so the people after us heard all the issues which isn’t great for their brand

Staff very helpful and friendly. Shop is set out well and has a vast selection of clothes. Sizes to fit all shapes and sizes. If yo are looking for something a bit different, definitely worth a visit.

I've had all of my piercings done here over the past few months. I had my industrial and conch done by Lucy, and my second earlobes and septum by will (I believe that was his name). All been very lovely experiences, both of them were very calming and kind, and all of my piercings have been done perfectly. Definately will be returning for my future piercings

Absolutely amazing place, got 5 piercings here since I started staying around Nottingham and got my first facial piercing here tooEvery member of staff is lovely, super welcoming and polite and the piercers have been super accommodating and friendly during the process11/10 would recommend

Got my labret pierced here by (I think) Lucy (they had ginger and blonde hair) and she was amazing. Made me feel so comfortable and made sure I was good with the placement. Definitely recommend

Had an upper lip piercing done by Lucy who was really friendly and professional. She really put me at ease and talked me through each step. All the other staff there were lovely and polite and the piercing facilities were clean and sterile. I would definitely recommend.
