I ordered a lamp on the 13th June 2020. I was suggested it would take 7 working days to be delivered.Now its 20th July 2020 and still no lamp. Phone lines arnt working, no responses to email. The chat service is terrible, I have tried this service for two weeks now. A very frustrated customer. Do not buy from here if your after a helpful dedicated service.Update: coincidently after uploading this review i was contacted by a senior at head office stating that they have my lamp it was in the stockroom but had been missed of being delivered. He advised it would be delivered the next day. Stupidly i believed this so i waited all day.I called the number which i was contacted on to be told due to covid 19 nobody is available.Ive used the online rubbish chat again and nearly a hour later still no response.Utterly frustrated and dissapointed

Do not use. They are scammers. Everything they sell is faulty. They are a danger - read reviews on trust pilot!

Corrupted company, they have friends with shops. Items not as described, wrong RRP prices

Faulty items are sold with incorrect description, got a screen from them was sent very poorly packed , arrived smashed on description said was working but on the package had a label with not turning on. Conclusion they lie about their products. AVOID!
