We have used TenantScreening for nearly seven years and have had no cause to consider an alternative provider. The cost-effective reviews are promptly put together and can be queried or taken further on request. I particularly like the personal touch, where you can build up a relationship with an account manager. For me, this positively differentiates the service from those provided by typical large-scale faceless Corporates, that we all have to deal with occasionally, such as many Utility providers.

I am being requested to provide a reference, i replied back stating i am away until X and i will provide a reference when i have the facts in front of me.... no reply to my email - just emails over and over requesting a reference... Very poor service.

A small company so no big call centre to deal with, you get to speak to the same person dealing with any issues regarding a referencing application. Any issues are always dealt with quickly.

Tenant Screening, and in particular Hannah, have been extremely valuable to our business by providing timely reports and advice. We recently had an application for a tenant to move in on the same day, and Hannah managed to complete all referencing to enable him to move in within 5 hours of viewing.Whenever we have any queries, Hannah is on the other end of the phone to provide helpful advice, and to discuss any flags that come up on an application.There have very occasionally been delays on complex cases when tenants' don't always provide timely or accurate information and we have had to chase, but overall Tenant Screening has been excellent.
