I saw Andy recently as I had a buildup of earwax. I was about to go on holiday and was suffering discomfort. Andy came to my home which was very convenient, explained different processes of removal. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease. It was all very quick and I could hear properly again and able to get on with my holiday. I would definitely recommend and will be using his services in future. (Same surname but no relation)
