Definitely the best place to visit if you're wanting to have a real exclusive VIP experience finding 'the perfect wedding dress'. Beckie makes you feel so so special and cannot do enough for you. The location is perfect and secluded with plenty of parking and is decorated beautifully. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend that you have 'Love To Dress' as the only place to visit when looking for the perfect dress for your perfect day.

Really disappointed with the complete lack of after sales care from this company.Initial impressions were good, my daughter picked a prom dress she liked but LTD did not have the dress in her size, we followed their advice on sizing and placed an order. Up to this point we were very happy with LTD.Several weeks later we arranged to collect the dress, she didn’t have a fitting as we hadn’t understood that a booking was needed (we have never done anything like this before so didn’t know the drill).After trying it on at home the dress is too big; my daughter hasn’t changed size in those few weeks. We contacted LTD but they did not offer any help or support, basically after the order is placed and they’ve been paid that’s it they’re done. The risk of the dress not fitting sits with us once the order is placed.I understand that they don’t have to do anything according to their Terms and Conditions (which provide them with a lot of protection) but to be so unhelpful was truly upsetting. I wasn’t expecting a refund but I was expecting some help to get my daughter ready for her prom.I value after sales care more than anything else when shopping and I would recommend anyone else that values this too to shop elsewhere. We’re £300 out of pocket for a dress that doesn’t fit and can’t be adjusted to fit in time.

I had an absolutely incredible experience at Love to Dress! The service was truly exceptional, and the lady assisting me went above and beyond. She dedicated all her time to helping me choose the perfect dress, and her expertise was invaluable. The dress she recommended turned out to be stunning. Not only was the dress beautiful, but the price was also just right. I'm beyond thrilled with my experience and the outcome. Love to Dress has definitely become my go-to place for all things fashion!

I absolutely loved coming to Love To Dress the staff were so so lovely and made me feel so comfortable soon as I walked into the building. I went in and explained the sort of thing I wanted… within no time I had my dress! Such a great experience and I highly recommend to anyone!

Extremely helpful at narrowing down what I liked! Within 1 session Beckie knew what I wanted from what I didn't like. Highly recommend as a first stop on finding your dress, lots of different styles and shapes to help your decision as well as the option to customise!
