Saw the reviews and thought I'd give this place a try while having a working lunch with a friend in the area. Greeted by friendly counter staff, great choice of menu, Covid safe while we ate in and food was freshly prepared was was good value for money. Definitely worth a visit to support a local business. I'll be back again to try something different from the menu! :-)

This is a nice small business coffee shop with kind staff. My husband and I both got basic breakfast plates. The toast is off large rustic bread and the sausages were high quality. We both already have dishes in mind to try when we come back.

Great little cafe. Good good, great service, real coffee, and the homemade cakes are a must to take on your onwards journey. When driving up the cordon London . I never stop at a motorway service to eat. I pull off the motorway and come here. Try it. You will not be disappointed

I was not expecting so much from this local cafe and I highly recommend it!The regular breakfast with optional charged extras was delicious, the sausages & bacon comes from a local butcher and you can really taste the difference. There is a builders breakfast that comes with most of the extras but the regular was the right size for me and my mum for brunch.The service was friendly and quick. Ideal for local tradesmen coming in to grab a take away bite to eat or eat in at one of the 5 tables available. Sandwiches etc freshly made to order and good portion size.She also has wrapped cakes and slices available to buy so those left at home won’t be left out!Thank you and if we are in the area again we will pay another visit.

The food was lovely. Had poached eggs with toast, and the eggs were done just right with runny yokes. Proper old-fashioned cafe. The staff friendly. Will definitely visit again
