Just visited this Costa. Terrible customer service. The whole team disorganised and not able to carry out simple drink making and taking order tasks. They had no idea what drinks were needed and for who? One staff member was about to have a meltdown and said loudly in front of customers. Ten more minutes and I'm telling the customers no more cold drinks" (on a hot day too). His team member asked him to leave the floor for 5 minutes to which he refused. He proceeded to then ignore his colleague who was offering him help and then snapped at him. Customers left waiting for long periods and nobody happy. At least the guy drafted in to help cover the store was polite and apologised for his colleagues attitude. He kindly prioritised our drink as we had heard what his colleague had said. He then reported the colleague which was appropriate."

Always in a Costa loving the coffee and a great place to work too. Staff always friendly and smiling. Never had any issues and always great temperatures of straight to drink coffee in my cup! What more could you ask?

Never enough staff... queue to the door because 1 person taking orders and making coffee. The other person doing delivery orders... never changes at this Costa.... last time of going for me im afraid. Top money for poor service. Not the people who work there's fault. Poor management decisions.!!

Love this place and only 5 minutes from where I live, coffee is wonderful and staff so friendly, only 1 thing I have an issue with is that they seem to be short staffed a lot lately so will open later and close earlier at these times which isn't good if you go there specifically to enjoy a coffee only to find them closed, the management need to recruit more staff, other than that I have no issues this is why they only get 4 stars but not the staff fault

Really great place to stop for coffee and a bite to eat. Staff are really friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it.

What part of extra hot drink don’t they get, asked for a latte at 180 and got Luke warm piss ! Not the first time either!

Of all the Costas I have visited, this was the best! It was very, very clean. The servers were attentive and polite. The building was large and spacious so the tables weren't all crowded in cheek by jowl. It also had a huge conservatory.

Antelope Parks Coasta is definitely my favourite. Staff are lovely and helpful and the food is good too. Always a good selection of both food, drinks when I go with either family or friends. Kept nice and clean too.
