What a farce. Attempted to visit the garden centre today - knew I should have driven straight on. Everyone was pointed in the same direction into an already completely full car park and were then guided down to a dead end where you had to turn around and go back the way you’d come - at which point we drove out again. They were continuing to let cars in despite the ones already in there not being able to park. It was carnage on the road outside with queues in both directions. Don’t put kids in charge of parking - they really didn’t have a clue. Won’t be hurrying back any time soon.

Amazing experience. Multiple fantastic quality other artisans shopping areas inside the garden centre. Disabilities catered for toilet facilities entrance parking spaces. Fabulous afternoon out. Highly recommended that you visit to appreciate it all xxx 10/10

Great selection of items, staff present to assist if needed.We ate at the cafe/restaurant, had issue with the order, but staff extremely professional, understanding and helpful in rectifying once identified. Will definitely return.

Enjoyable visit to this well stocked gardens centre with plenty of plants and other garden accessories. Bought plants and pots and were reasonable prices. Recommended garden centre!

A lovely garden centre with an interesting clothing section and a very reasonable cafe. The food, as is so often the case with garden centres, can be a little canteen like but, nevertheless, is of an excellent quality indeed. I was rather disappointed, though, that the food shop, despite stocking Cook meals, was unable to accept my Cook gift vouchers but I think that this is an issue with Cook itself and not the garden centre.

Went to see all the Christmas stuff, very busy, quite pricey but fun to take the little one around.Café was busy, there were multiple signs saying to wait to be seated, we waited, we saw empty clear tables, nobody came to seat us. Decided to check out the singing christmas penguins display and then go elsewhere to find a place to eat.

This is feedback for cafe only. Won't be visiting again. Loads people where waiting ages at their tables to put their orders in or waiting for their orders. Loads people looking fed up, looking round for staff. I family left as couldnt wait any longer, they decided to go elsewhere. Just insufficient staff serving tables. Seemed to be staff around, but just 1 bringing out orders, Just need to get more staff serving the tables.

Amazing place - especially at Christmas! We took our puppy to get used to new sounds and lots of different people and the staff were all so wonderful. The pet hut is amazing - so much better than pets at home and other dedicated pet shops. High quality foods and treats and brilliant choice of toys and beds. Thank you for a lovely experience
