Really nice staff , very helpful with choosing fabrics , great experience overall also had lovely materials too choose from.!

My First time visiting the store, it easy to find, had a large multi-storey car park next door. Inside there was so much choice and variety of fabrics, like an Aladdin’s cave, The owner was such a helpful and friendly gentleman, really knowledgeable and informative. I managed to get all my fabric, threads and needles and I would definitely recommend a visit to this shop. Well done Direct fabric warehouse.

Took the wife shopping and she had a blast. The guy in the shop was really helpful and she came away with loads of fabric. She said it was great value and she is now busy with her projects.Happy wife, happy life.

Terrible customer service. The owner of shop was not helpful what so ever. Asked for specific material and assistance and all he kept saying was go get the material where you seen it. Kept giving simple responses with no proper service. I hope nobody else gets treated in this way.

Fantastic service from Direct Fabrics!!My partner and me popped into the store yesterday to see what fabrics would be suitable for our upholstery project.As complete beginners we had no idea what sort of fabrics we needed as we had never done this before. The gentlemen that served us went above and beyond to find the most suitable and matching texture. After a lot of searching we decided on a hardwearing but modern coloured fabric, we even brought the chair in with us to ensure we got a good match.Today we went back! To get more some more. Our project turned out perfect, thanks to the advice from you :)Would definitely recommend this store!! Thank you very much :)

Visited today and found the owner very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Hard to believe the negative reviews on here!The fabric we looked at and bought was all of an excellent quality and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be back.

I bought some curtains which are supposedly meant to be black out. I had to get them altered with the shop. I paid a large amount of money for these. Once I've come home and put the curtains up they are horribly thin and not black out at all. I feel like I have been given incorrect information about this product and overcharged for nothing. these are far from blackout.
