DJ's Play Jungle

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. Last weekend i took my one year old son to soft-play. It’s nice that they have a separate section for kids under 2 years old but older kids are coming to that section and no one is saying anything. Somehow parents dont care but also staff don’t pay attention. I had to tell them 3 times so they made an announcement. It was waste of money!! And my one year old could not even play properly because older kids were dragging all those toys

Lovely soft play space really well run!, also lovely and clean! Really nicely set up for parents to sit and watch the kids play. Big enough to entertain the children but not too big that it’s overwhelming. Staff were friendly and really helpful, especially Sam! Most importantly they sell great coffee

Kids loved it here. Was quite surprised that we had to pay for the Adults though and it wasn't cheap. The price is the reason for the 3 stars.

We had a laser tag party for our son’s 7th birthday. The team (Sam & Claire) were great and made everything so easy! The kids had a great time and highly recommend this as a party!

Really nice clean soft play, my only complaint is it’s so cold. It’s ok for the kids as they are running around but for us parents it can be hard. Other than that we love it.My kids love the slides and soft play and the role play area. My son especially loves the little basketball area.

I recently had a laser tag party for my 10 year old and her friends. It was such great fun. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier and more helpful.The kids had a great time and they loved running around with the laser guns. Highly recommended

My son had a laser tag party booked here a few weeks back, but had to cancel and re arrange as he had an accident. Called customer service and spoke to a gentleman that I forgot to get the name of who was amazing. He was very understanding and allowed me to change the date. 5 stars for customer service.He had his laser tag party yesterday with the hosts chantelle and Courtney. They were brilliant host. They did everything from food to games with the children. Very well organised, start of party they had 30 mins playing in soft play and place was basically empty so they had whole place to them self's, then food for 30mins, then a hour of laser tag. From 6pm we had the whole of dj jungles just for the party. The kids loved it. They had solos and group. By the last round all kids were knackered. Had lovely feedback from the other children parents how they enjoyed it.

Very rude staff at the kitchen till, rude attitude, also they would not serve food even when ordering 45mins before session ends saying not enough time in the session. No apology. When asked why they don’t announce that kitchen is closing, the lady at the till looked clueless to why that might be helpful! No customer service at all. Won’t be coming here again.

My son has been coming here since he was around 6 months old.He has always had a lovely time, I particularly like how friendly the staff are.As with any play venue there have been small issues with other customers but without fail when children have been nasty the staff have stepped in & sorted out ANY issues, which I have NEVER had anywhere else.I love the fact that they actively keep the older children out of the baby areas, so many places don't do this & it always annoys me.My son thoroughly enjoys Dj's & will happily dot around for a few hours playing different games & exploring.X

Went there with my kids for a first time. I was a bit sceptic for the soft play due to the negative comments. For my pleasant surprise, everything was fine. Staff was friendly, compared to the many negative comments. Also my toddler played on his own for a first time without looking for us. It was full with kids and will definitely visit again.
