Worst experience I’ve had coming into a garage to look for a car, the guy was rude and very patronising. Kept telling us our budget without even listening to us, refused us to test drive or look at a certain car, because it’s not in our ‘budget’ don’t know what his problem was with us, but it was not professional at all! Compared to seat over the road, very welcoming, friendly and actually listened, we was able to look at the cars and test drive it.

Car booked in for service (and free wash) and prior to arrival I checked how long the process would take and was advised it would be 2 hours in total and possibly sooner. This was confirmed when the car was booked in.Retuning after 2 hours was told service not concluded and wash still to be undertaken and another 50.minutes needed. I decided to wait in the waiting room.Enquiring after 50 minutes told a further 15 minutes needed. Very disappointing service On a brighter note the Hot Chocolate was very good!

They give you a date to pick up your car. Then they take the deposit and one day before the date they give you, they say your car is not approved and cancel it. The deposit they receive is returned after one week. That means they use your money for two weeks.

Great help from Kit and technicians at skyline prep centre. I had a faulty suspension arm and Kit was able to get get the parts ordered and fitted it all in the same day. Really friendly and supportive, so would definitely recommend the team to anyone.

I'd recommend Westdrive Kia because they are valued my time and respected. Vehicle handled with very clean. For the mechanical side of the vehicle, I am completely the trusting the dealership ( wast drive, Kia). Because it's mechanical vehicle and I do not have a good knowledge in that. Here I love to mentioned the salesman who dealing with us is Mr Jason Clark, he is very good and helpful for us.

Colin, is my Go To Salesman, as he has never let me, or other members of my family, down. He is patient and friendly and I trust him, completely.
