Needed to replace the water softener when changing the kitchen. Contacted sapphire and was very impressed by the service provided. From model selection to installation everything was outstanding. Even provides deliveries of salt when needed! Would certainly recommend them to anybody thinking of doing the same work.

Chris fitted our water softener last year, he is very professional, explained everything and we are very pleased with the result. He worked miracles in a very confined space and kindly fitted new taps and changed a kitchen cupboard door. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

I have used Sapphire for salt supplies for many years and recently (2021) used them to upgrade my softener.I have always found them excellent and the installation service was no different. Prices were good and Chris is an extremely neat worker and ever helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
