My son went in there on Tuesday morning to make a purchase. The young lady on duty was too busy chatting with her friend to be of any assistance, and when he asked her a question, she was abrupt and dismissive. Oops no sale. Very disappointed.

Went in to buy a pair of trainers,when I got to the till i was told it was a different price to that on the box,got them home Realised they where two different trainers,took them back and the pair that I wanted happened to be the cheaper pair but was Refused to be given the cheaper pair as I did not have the box for the other trainers but did have my Receipt.will not return to this store again.very poor customer service.

I had the pleasure of dealing with a very rude manager who wouldn’t return an item which was faulty . Very rude lady . Come on sports direct sort your manager out . Loyal customer lost

Just driven to this Sports Direct to retun a couple of things from my online order and the now refuse to take them. Must pay and return by post. Last ever order from me as this is just a scam.

Would avoid the flint store , rude , disrespectful manager , ignoring customers statuary rights . Abysmal customer service . Will not be returning.

Only give it three stars because we bought a top on line, which turned out to big, took it to the shop to return it. We were told that we couldn't have a refund, we had to have a credit receipt. Not happy

Hi,I went to the store a week ago.ive wanted to go many times before but I thought I'd be treated like a poor, from not having trendy clothes on.The staff were really nice and friendly,I cant wait to go back.
