As I was in my last job for over 10 years it’s quite daunting starting a new career.But One Resourcing Ltd were excellent nothing was to much trouble. And here I am now trained up, and working for BA euroflyer Cabin Crew and loving it.

I recently had an interaction with One Resourcing that was profoundly disappointing. While I recognise the importance of a thorough vetting process for potential employees, the approach taken by this company was excessively invasive and lacked understanding and respect.Specifically, I had interactions with Rose and Patricia that were far from satisfactory. Rose addressed me by my birth name, disregarding my chosen name, which I found to be incredibly disrespectful. Patricia, on the other hand, was unhelpful and dismissive, offering no assistance or understanding. After dedicating over a week to their process, it felt like a complete waste of time when they simply turned around and made an abrupt decision without considering my circumstances.The demands for personal financial information, even from third parties with whom I have no current relationship, were unreasonable and felt intrusive. Their lack of empathy and understanding throughout the process was evident.Given my experience, I would caution potential candidates when considering One Resourcing. It's crucial for any company to balance their procedural needs with respect and understanding for their candidates.
