Couldn't recommend Ed enough. Had been struggling with sleep for just under a year and tried all the normal methods suggested to help you get a good nights sleep when I thought enough is enough. I booked a session with Ed not knowing what to expect but the method has me sleeping normal again within a few weeks. Thanks a lot Ed!

I really recommend Ed to anyone struggling with insomnia.I have been really struggling for the past two years, especially with the anxiety and panic that accompanies sleepless nights. As everyone else in this situation, I have tried everything.So far I only had two sessions with Ed. After session 1 I felt a relief, and knew this might be working for me, but then I went on holiday and my sleep got horrible again. In that bad place, Ed was incredibly helpful, following up with me, answering my emails, and giving me genuinely useful advise. Ed, thank you so much for that!When I got back from my holiday I had my second session with him, and something clicked. It is early days, but for the past two weeks my sleep anxiety got SO much better and my whole attitude towards sleep just changed. The ACT approach is fantastic, so simple but so different than anything else I tried, it is eye-opening.So it is early days, but for the past two weeks I haven't been thinking and worrying about sleep at all, and I love it!!So, thank you Ed :)
