Back Wynd Car Park

Easy to get to and conveniently located for the regional park and historic palace.

Great carpark right in the centre of town, it's free to use, drive into East Port ( the street in front of the Palace, see photo) then turn left at the atm (which is just beyond the cars parked on the left in the photo), drive up this narrow street for approximately 100mtrs, then it's a left turn into the carpark. There are public toilets here next to the library and there are two electric charging points. There are two dedicated bus bays behind the toilets. Directly opposite the rear of the toilet block is a footway which takes you out into the High Street where the Palace is and all the shops. Don't park out of the bays as this could lead to you being fined and as this is a Council carpark you will have to pay any fine issued.
