We had a pressure issue with our boiler. John and Todd arrived this evening at the agreed time and resolved the issue promptly and professionally.John and Todd are very professional, efficient, polite and friendly. John gave us some guidance as to how to be energy efficient.We had a fantastic service from John and Todd, we highly recommend them.

I was in a plight and needed help TODAY, otherwise I was facing a night with no water - no drinks, no face wash, no morning shower, no toilet flush.John responded immediately- no lengthy phone wait, no 'we'll see what we can do. He had someone round promptly and his guy Lee sorted it within an hour of arrival. No night traumas

Absolutely great service from John and Todd. Arrived at 5pm to assess the situation and ended up staying past 7pm to fix the issue. We had a leak under our sink which needed urgent attention. John was able to come out a couple of hours after getting in touch and the job was sorted the same day! Did such a good job, was fairly priced and really put our mind at ease that if anything similar ever happened again we’d have some help at hand. As someone who has absolutely no idea about plumbing, he really explained the problem to me well! Would highly recommend :)

What can I say - I think the pictures speak for themselves! After weeks of trawling through bathroom fitters and either being let down, or quoted obscene prices, I found - especially as a female looking for a tradesman - John was a breath of fresh air!John, and a member of his workforce Todd, were highly professional and reliable throughout. I needed an urgent turnaround for this project, and John went above and beyond to make it happen! He was able to take my rough plan, and advise on technical issues and aesthetics without being condescending.John is highly skilled and knowledgeable about what you will need. The quote was fairly priced, with no “hidden” costs, and he ran to an exact time scale.He was communicative about the whole process, and kept me updated with the work being completed each day. I was particularly impressed with the care John took to clean up after the project.John also took the initiative to fix some other plumbing issues throughout the house, which I had not noticed myself. I was clearly invoiced throughout, with an official receipt following completion of the work. Came out at short notice on a Sunday to assess the plumbing issue and was round with a fix on Monday. Kept me up to date on progress and was friendly and knowledgeable. Also put my mind at ease in getting the job sorted so quickly. I would definitely go back to them in the future

John came and actually looked at the job before giving me an estimate.Having accepted it John was able to give me a date to do the job that was only a couple of weeks away. He and his assistant turned up on the day and completed the work in good time and to a high standard.

We were badly let down by a national company that we had a maintenance contract with leaving us with no heat or hot water. John turned up on the day and did a quick fix, subsequently he replaced the hot water cylinder, power washed the system and fitted new values to the radiators. The work was completed in two days. Everything was left clean and tidy.He came when he said he would. He explained everything. We will definitely use him again.
