Great place to work. The culture is great. You have to be prepared to graft but the rewards, environment and commission makes it worth it. There is the general pressure of a sales environment, but if you’re from a sales background, this is a norm. There’s no micromanaging or nit picking for KPI’s. If you have a money mindset, it’s a good place to be.

Terrible place to work don’t bother! , all the reviews are rubbish the ceo makes there staff wright 5 star reviews the turn over of staff is crazy you are lied too from day one! And they take a £500 training fee of you when you leave or get sacked avoid this company!

Having recently joined Bright Money Group, I can safely say that I have found my first few weeks incredibly positive. There are many opportunities for career progression, and the other members of my team are always helpful and supportive.

Started at Bright Money Group a couple weeks ago and so far have very much enjoyed every day working here. On our first day we were treated to lunch by management, and by the end of the week got chance to meet most of the office. It's very clear that the culture in the office is very important and that reflects throughout the entire hierarchy starting from Steven the CEO, lovely bloke! Our trainer, James Marshall, made me feel very at home instantly when I joined as well and I have been made to feel like I can be valuable to the company which is nice. Very much enjoying the work here as well and looking forward to seeing what I can achieve in my time at the company. Lots of great incentives monetary wise as well and lots of money to be made if you enjoy your job! Well looked after.

Bright Money Group is a great working environment, all employees have been helpful and supportive especially being brand new to the industry it has been the best place to learn everything needed.
