Michael arrived on time and fully prepared. I explained what was required and he then proceeded to complete the job. Cery personable and we had a great chat whilst he worked away. Beware of him! Scammer! Guy name Michael!Did not finish my job and run away with money!giving me dates and not turning up (4 times in 2 weeks!!!) now he is not picking my phone and neither replying to my text & WhatsApp messages!I have all the conversations we have as a proof unfortunately I have paid him 90% of the agreed bill and the only job he did is downstairs toilet fit and hot & cold water connection. (He lied to me and says he has finished his job only one tap is remain and collected the money from my home where I am living at the moment)I am going to report him to citizen advice bureau please if someone advise where else i could report him?Just to add when he first left the property he said he has finished his job only a tap fixing is remaining (which I need to order from Amazon) in the cloakroom he lied to me he did not put the vanity unit in Cloakroom & did not replace the Basin in common bathroom when I asked about it he said when he next in to put a tap he will do the job!When I got the tap fixings from Amazon he came & left the site without informing me saying another part is missing (another lie) I have the part at home and could deliver him in 5 mins.But he did not inform me he only came to collect some of his tools which he left at property.

Michael and his team have been a great find! So far used them for 2 extensive jobs on my ongoing home renovation and they will definitely be my go to for all other jobs. The workmanship and quality of finish has been exceptional. Prompt, professional and full of valuable advice and guidance for homeowner like me who previously has had poor experiences with contractors at majority. You won't regret using these guys!

Is a fraud person. Was promised to do the job today. Persons phone is not available since yesterday. Didnt come to do the job today. No reason why. Also only works for cash nothing else. Really strange guy! Be wary!

the best specialist. I call him whenever he needs to fix something. he knows all repairs very well. It does not matter whether it is a repair related to electrics or the suspension of the Shelves. It perfectly lays panels and tiles, it will even out the walls to make them extra smooth. When he and his team show up, I know I don't have to worry about anything.

Awesome job done on a full flush out of my house radiator system. Done in timely manner, with a follow-up msg two days after to check if all was cool with the job done - ace customer experience & due diligence done! Faultless job all-round. Definitely one number saved in my phone for future preservation! ☺️
