Tech-Check Off License-Phone-Vape Shop

I was having troubles with my phone camera for over a month and even tried a few shops but none could fix it. This store fixed my phone in a day and it has never given me any trouble since then. Great customer service as well.

My wife and I both have Huawei Mate 9 phones. Originally both phones had proved to be very tough and robust (leading us perhaps to be less careful) and both got cracked screens from separate incidents.We paid for screen replacements from this shop, both of which cracked within a week! The staff offered to replace the screens again at half price, which we said yes to. I also purchased a thick armoured case and a transparent screen protector for my phone. We then handled our phones with great care, screen replacements are very expensive. Sadly the my screen developed a crack after 1 week, and my wife's phone similarly developed a crack after 2 months.

Very professional and honest shop. Took my phone over the road opposite Bromley South Station they told me it was the LED in my screen that was broken and would cost £75 too repair, after I told them it was something too do with my charger, I knew my screen wasn't broken as my phone had been working before it had died..Took my phone into Tech Check the man charged it for 10 mins and said it was just where I had been using a faulty charger, he offered me the best lighting charger sThank you for being honest and saving me £75!!!!

My phone screen packed up and I called these chaps.He said I can change the screen for you within 20 mins"!!!and he did

Appalling service. Actually deserves ZERO stars. Took my Blackberry with broken tracker pad here as they said they could fix it - which turned out to be a huge lie. Replacement didn't come for ages, then they said problem with courier, which was a lie, then said they couldn't replace it, frustrating and time wasting. Terrible customer service, communication and would not recommend to go there for anything. Will not be visiting ever again.

I bought a refurbished laptop from tech check through back market that was described as 'excellent' condition. Back market says 'excellent' condition is Screen: Perfect condition

My sister had previously used them to fix an iPhone screen and had a bad experience; I should've listened to her but they were so much cheaper than other places.I have many regrets. I've used this place to repair an Android screen. They broke the frame of the tab and then tried to give it back to me as if it was always like that. When I complained they said they would fix it but then asked me to find the frame myself. After complaining again they finally ordered and fixed it themselves (after many many weeks). But the new screen is rubbish and sometimes doesn't register touches.*edit* yes I am certain this is the right shop.

I bought a USB C cable from the shop, the cable wasn't long enough to charge my phone in the car, so I went back to return the item and asked and politely demanded a refund, the shopkeeper was rude and insulted me in the process. So I gave the cable back and didn't take the refund.Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Excellent customer service. Great price for iPhone XR which was practically in mint condition. They also offered a £30 discount or case and screen protector. I took the latter. Also 12 month mechanical guarantee!!!
