We chose Denis and his team at NGUK to completely renovate the lounge and dining room at my mum's bungalow, and we are delighted with their work. They have given our job their full attention from start to finish, offering advice and listening to any concerns. They removed all rubbish at the end of each day, and went to great trouble to ensure there was minimal disruption while the work was being carried out.The room now looks great, and the space has been totally transformed. This is the second time I’ve used NGUK and once again Denis and his team more than exceeded my expectations. This project was big and horrible, most builders wouldn’t have wanted to tackle it - renovating 2 flats in a Victorian house conversion in E7, London. They were literally falling to bits and needed a complete renovation. It was one of those jobs that you just knew would start getting bigger with every cupboard and floor board that was removed. In addition, the job was made all the more difficult as 1. It was winter 2. The tenants would be living there during the work. Denis took complete control of the project, taking all the stress and worry out of my hands. This included sourcing and ordering all materials and fittings, resolving issues with neighbours, tenants and any problems that arose during the process. But it doesn’t stop there, Denis and his team: keep promises, everything down to the last nail is accounted for, he supplies quotes, receipts and detailed invoices. Nothing is left to chance. The work is of the best quality, no corners are cut and I was kept informed on a daily basis with photos and videos. Denis is 100% professional, reliable and goes the extra mile. He literally transformed those flats and I couldn’t be happier with his work. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. Thank you Denis!

His knowledge is so good & his contact skills are first class. Everything was explained so clearly with pictures and video clips of similar work done. I did not have to wait long before the work was started and I quickly realised I had a professional craftsman doing the work for me. Wishing for a long time to renovate my house,I needed someone to design , supply and install my kitchen and to supply appliances. I have visited several showrooms , but the attention that I received from Denis at NGUK Limited would not compare to anything. My project consisted of the renovation of a kitchen and bathroom and walk-in utility cupboard, with replacement of all utilities and appliances (including electrical requirements in the bathroom for a Japanese toilet) and some structural work, along with a multitude of custom requirements for maximising storage, and ensuring adequate ventilation in the - windowless - bathroom.I found Denis and the team at NGUK to be extremely professional, punctual, highly responsive to my communications and detail-orientated in the quality of work; they were also extremely helpful in assisting me with determining aspects of the design, fit, finishes and other practical elements of the project.Writing this review almost 20 months after the work was completed, I can certainly vouch for the quality of work, which has persisted with zero failures or snags to date. I would therefore recommend NGUK and would not hesitate to use them again.
